Guest Dining

Objectives: The objective of the guest dining event was to provide students with an opportunity to practice their culinary and hospitality skills in a real-world setting. This event aimed to enhance the students' knowledge of international cuisine and to provide them with the chance to interact with industry professionals.

Learning: During the event, the BHM students learned several new skills such as food preparation techniques, table setup, guest handling, and teamwork. The students were able to practice their theoretical knowledge of international cuisine in a practical setting. They also learned how to communicate effectively with guests and handle any issues that arise during service. This experience helped students to gain confidence in their abilities and to prepare them for future careers in the hospitality industry.

Outcomes: The outcome of the guest dining event was positive as the guests from Dubai gave positive feedback on the services provided by the students. The event provided an excellent opportunity for the students to showcase their culinary and hospitality skills. The guests were impressed with the quality of food and service provided by the students. The event helped to build a good reputation for the college and enhanced its relationship with industry professionals. The students gained valuable experience that will help them in their future careers. Overall, the guest dining event was successful in achieving its objectives and provided an excellent learning opportunity for the students.
