Industry Visit to CG Foods

Objectives: The industry visit to CG Foods on June 23, 2023, had several key objectives. First, it aimed to provide the BBA and BH M 6th semester students with practical knowledge about the manufacturing and operations processes in the food industry. Second, the visit sought to help students understand the quality control measures implemented by CG Foods to ensure product excellence. Third, it aimed to familiarize the students with the production line and teach them about the packaging and distribution processes. Additionally, the industry visit aimed to create an opportunity for the students to interact with industry professionals, learn about their experiences and challenges, and explore potential career opportunities in the food industry.

Learning: The industry visit provided the students with valuable insights into the workings of a food manufacturing facility. They learned about the different stages of food processing, from raw material inspection to packaging. The visit showcased state-of-the-art machinery and equipment used for efficient and hygienic food production, highlighting the importance of adhering to strict quality standards.
